Our first ever real life pop-up store in the UK designed for you - our community!
We’ve broken down all of your burning questions below.

When?
Our doors officially open to the public on Saturday 3rd December at 10am and your last chance to step in store will be Sunday 11th December 2022 at 4pm.
We know shopping for last minute Christmas gifts can be a little manic at times, but step into our store and have all your desires answered… for them, and maybe a little something for you too. Because let’s face it, you deserve it.

What are your opening hours?
Just to recap the store opening days:
Saturday 3rd December - Sunday 11th December 2022.
And the times:
- Monday: 10am - 9pm
- Tuesday: 10am - 9pm
- Wednesday: 10am - 9pm
- Thursday: 10am - 9pm
- Friday: 10am - 9pm
- Saturday: 10am - 9pm
- Sunday: 10am - 4pm
What time shall I arrive?
As ever, we’re expecting our community to show up how our Loungers do best, so we recommend you arrive as early as possible for the launch if you want to be amongst the first to step inside (as this may mean you get an extra special treat… keep reading!).
But hey, if you find yourself in a queue, we’ve got some special treats planned that you won’t want to miss, plus some amazing people in the line to meet and share Lounge love with. Who knows, you might even leave the queue with a new breastie.
Do I need to sign up for a time slot, or have a ticket?
It’s a no to both. You just need to turn up at whatever point in your day works for you and we’ll be waiting for you. We can’t wait to see you.
Will you have everything in stock?
We will be bringing selected collections from our Underwear, Intimates, Sleep and Apparel ranges. Obviously, we can’t stock our whole website in store, but we can bring you our top selects to fulfil your Christmas wish lists.
Oh, and did we mention there will be an in-store exclusive?
Will there be different designs to what I can buy on the website?
Did you read that right… in-store exclusive? We think so!
We may just have a limited edition piece that you will only ever be able to purchase at our London, Covent Garden pop-up! So now you know it's unmissable.
Will you be offering all of your sizes?
You bet! We wouldn’t see it any other way.
All of our underwear sizes will be stocked. If you can’t see your size on the shop floor please grab one of our in-store assistants and we will search the store inventory for you right away.
Will you be running any special promotions?
We sure will! You clever thing for asking.
The first 500 Loungers who purchase on the opening day will receive a free thong with their order. Woop! Hands up, who’s camping overnight!?
I’ve never bought from Lounge online because I don't know my size. Will there be bra fitting help in store and the chance to try styles on?
We wouldn’t be the best underwear brand if we didn’t nail this for you, right!? Our pop-up is the perfect opportunity to try on all of the styles you’ve been wondering whether to buy but never been quite sure on the fit for you.
Our dedicated in-store Bra Fitting Experts will be at your beck and call throughout your shopping experience to guide and help you to find your perfect Lounge Fit.
Need to try something on? Just ask one of our in-store assistants and they will guide you to our fitting rooms. And did someone say flattering fitting room lighting? Hell yes, it's about damn time!
Can I return my Lounge pieces?
We’re sure you’re going to absolutely love your purchase, but just in case something changes when you leave the store, you will be able to return your pieces in-store during our opening hours or online via our returns portal.
Need an exchange instead? No problem, again just come back to the store or head to our online returns portal here and we will sort this for you.
Please note - our in store exclusive collection will be non-returnable.
Can I bring in an order that I placed through your website to return or exchange it at the pop-up?
Unfortunately not. We can only accept returns or exchange for items purchased in the London Covent Garden pop-up store. If you have placed an order online that you’d like to return or exchange, please do go ahead and process your returns as normal through our online returns portal here and we will sort this for you.
