Withdraw from your purchase

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

If your order has already been shipped or you've received it, you can submit a return request here. There's no need to submit a withdrawal request and we'll process your return in accordance with our returns policy.

You do not need a Lounge account to submit a withdrawal request. Simply complete the form below.

Once your request has been submitted, we will send an acknowledgment email confirming that we have received your withdrawal notice.
