Black Friday is right around the corner and we’re already getting geared up behind the scenes! If you joined us last year, you’ll know by now that we love a sale and even better, we love giving our Loungers the chance to Lounge for less. Because let’s be honest, who wouldn’t want more Lounge without breaking the bank?
Last year, we had the world bracing for impact, but this year, we’re going bigger and better! It’s nearly time to clean up, Loungers. This year, it’s going off with a bang.

When does the Black Friday Sale go live?
So, you want to get ahead of the game and find out when we go live?
Our Black Friday Sale goes live on 15th November, 7PM GMT. We’ll make sure you’re the first to know when we reveal the date so you can get prepared.
When does the sale end?
You might want to tell Alexa to cancel all of your November plans as our sale doesn't have a confirmed end date.

Will the site go down before the sale starts?
The site will go down 7 hours before the sale goes live. This is so we have enough time to prepare for our huge drop behind the scenes.
Tell me about the discounts you’ll be offering!
A frequently asked question indeed! But we can’t give everything away, Loungers. Get yourself signed up. That would be our answer to this one. Go on - go!
Please note, products such as our Limited Edition Brand Book, Underwear Care Bag and our E-Gift Cards will not be discounted during the sale.
Can I use my student discount code through Student Beans?
So, about that student discount...
Unfortunately, Student Beans will not be available to use throughout the duration of the sale. Our discounts are just too good to miss, so either way, you’ll still be Lounging for less!

Are items reserved in my cart when adding them to my basket during the sale?
Unfortunately, no. As much as we would love to reserve all of our Lounge goodies for you extra special Loungers, there’s simply just too many of you! Now there’s an even bigger reason to act fast!
Should I refresh my cart if it’s loading slowly?
We know our Loungers are super eager during sale periods (as you should be), but please do not refresh your cart if you’re in a queue as you might lose your spot.
Can I still use one of your Buy Now, Pay Later options?
Yes, you can!
We have a variety of payment options available such as Klarna, Clearpay and Afterpay. To see which payment offering is available to you dependent on where you are in the world, check out our payment options on our Help Hub.
Will items be restocked throughout the sale?
We can’t guarantee that items will be restocked throughout the sale. However, the good news is that we’ll be restocking our non-outlet items as normal throughout the year, so even if you don’t manage to grab what you want this time around, there’s always more Lounge luxuries to get your hands on. Don’t say we don’t take care of you.
Should I expect any shipping delays?
You might experience a short delay in your Lounge order being dispatched but don’t worry, Loungers. We’re working hard behind the scenes to ensure that all Lounge orders are picked, packed and dispatched as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that circumstances can change and you may want to cancel your Lounge order. We can’t make any guarantees, but if you contact us ASAP, we will try and cancel your order before it’s been shipped. Please head to our Help Hub and get in contact with us via one of our channels to cancel your order.
If I go ahead with cancelling, how long do I have to return my sale items?
We like to make things super easy for our Loungers, so you’ll have 60 days to return/exchange your Lounge item(s). Whether you’re buying for yourself or that someone special, you can always shop worry free with us, no matter where you’re Lounging in the world. Plus, our Fitting Room is here so you can get the perfect Lounge fit everytime!
Money has gone out of my account but I haven’t received an order number or an email confirmation.
If you haven’t received an email confirmation/order number after placing your order with us, don’t worry. First, try checking your junk as sometimes, our emails can land there.
If you still don’t find anything, please contact us with your email address, the country you ordered from, items ordered and the date of your order so that we can locate your order quickly and provide you with an update. Our Lounge Experts will be on hand to get you Lounging as quickly as possible.
I entered some details wrong at checkout. What should I do?
First thing’s first, don’t panic, Loungers. We know you all love a Lounge sale and you’re super eager to get through to the checkout. So, in the instance that you enter some details wrong, please get in touch with one of our Lounge Experts ASAP who will be more than happy to help.
If I place more than one order during the sale, can you combine them?
Unfortunately, we cannot combine multiple orders into one. But if it makes you feel any better, just think about all the multiple Lounge deliveries you’ll be getting!
