Klarna may perform soft credit checks when you apply for credit with them - but this won't affect your credit score. Late repayment can incur additional fees, which could impact your credit score, but as long as your balances are paid on time, your credit score won't be affected.

However you choose to pay for your order, you'll need to register your credit or debit card to your Klarna account. You'll either pay the first instalment using your registered card on the day of purchase, or if you opt to Pay Later, you can pay for your items once you've received them, using your registered card.

As soon as your refund or cancellation request has been accepted by Lounge, Klarna will cancel the statement on your account and/or refund your payment(s). If we've accepted your return but your refund hasn't been processed on your Klarna account, please get in touch with Klarna.

If you choose to Pay in 3, your payment will be split into 3 equal instalments. You'll pay the first instalment when you purchase your items. Your second payment will be taken 30 days after the initial payment, and the final payment will be taken 60 days after the initial payment. Your card will be charged automatically on these dates, so you don't have to worry about incurring a late payment fee.

If you choose to Pay in 30 Days, you won't pay anything when you purchase your items. You can opt for the payment to be taken automatically in 30 days' time, or you can pay manually - either way, you'll receive a reminder from Klarna before the deadline, so you can avoid a late payment fee. If you'd like to pay your balance early, you can do so using the Klarna app.
