These Terms and Conditions govern the selling terms of all orders placed by customer(s) (hereinafter referred to as “you” or the “Customer”) on the domain loungeunderwear.com or any sub-domains, from the moment you place an order until payment and delivery. By ordering a product, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Please make sure you have read and understood them before placing an order.
Lounge underwear reserves the right to amend these Terms and Condition at any time. The new version will not be retroactive and the Parties shall only be bound by the Terms & Conditions which are online the day the order is placed.
By placing an order on the Site, you are offered to purchase products subject to these Terms and Conditions. On Site you will follow the the below steps in completing your order.
In the unlikely circumstance we’d be unable to fulfil your order for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the address supplied by yourself when you placed the order explaining the issue that may have arose and all possible solutions.
Remember to check your cart and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the ‘Place Your Order’ button, as we may not be able to amend or cancel your order once it has been submitted. Please visit the help hub and our Lounge Experts will do their best to help you, but please note order cancellations or changes to orders may not be possible.
Lounge underwear reserves the right to reject or cancel your order fulfilment of all orders placed on the Lounge underwear website. We explicitly reserve the right to not accept your order for any of the following reasons:
The product prices displayed on the website are inclusive of Value-Added Tax (VAT). Shipping rates are applied per order. The exact shipping rates depend on the country where your order is being delivered.
Lounge has the right to change or update information at any time without any warning, including errors with prices, details and descriptions which may appear on the Site.
There are various payments available to you which will be available upon adding your country during the checkout process. Please note we do not accept cash, cheques or Afterpay.
All payments are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the payment service provider you have chosen. If the provider refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment, you will then be notified by email and/or during checkout.
Conversion rates may apply to prices across destination specific stores.
Lounge underwear reserves the right to change the price of a product at any time without any forewarning. Any orders placed prior to this change cannot be amended to the revised price.
All orders made on the Lounge website are despatched from the UK. We aim to get all orders out on the same day; however, due to volumes this is not always possible. Tracking numbers, if applicable, are included in your shipping confirmation email.
Depending on where you are located, you will be given various delivery options. The amount of the delivery fee will depend on the delivery option you decide to choose. You will be able to find all the delivery methods available for your country during the checkout process.

Free delivery is only applicable to orders over the specified basket value as declared on the Lounge underwear website homepage. Your order will be despatched with our Standard Delivery service.
We will carry out a pre-authorisation check on the card used for purchase to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. The product you have purchased will not be dispatched until this check has been completed and payment has been captured.
Lounge underwear cannot be held accountable for parcels delayed to reasons beyond our control, including but not limited to the following: Customs, service strikes, civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack or threat of terrorist attack, weather, natural disasters, fire, epidemics or failure of public or private telecommunications networks.
Our carriers do not deliver on weekends and public holidays.
Countries outside of the European Union may be subject to additional duties to be paid. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
If you refuse to pay the duties to release your order, the order may subsequently be abandoned by the courier and made non-refundable. Lounge underwear will make every effort to ensure the parcel can be shipped back to the warehouse and refunded. Shipping and handling fees may in this case be applied to the customer.
By law, Lounge underwear is required to state the correct amount paid for any outgoing international package. Any requests to change this information will be denied.
You can return products up to 30 days after your despatch date. Returns are accepted provided that the product is in its original condition, with all labels and tags still be attached, with no make up stains, marks, pulls or rips of garments. Please note our Refund Policy may vary throughout peak sales periods, please refer to our Help Hub for any relevant updates.
Lounge underwear offer free returns in certain territories. Please check out our Returns Policy within the Help Hub.
Once your return reaches our warehouse and has been processed by our Lounge Experts, we will issue your refund. We will endeavour to complete your return within 48 hours on working days (Monday-Friday). Please allow upto 5 days for your funds to arrive back into your account.
Refunds may only be made to the same payment method used to place the order.
Once a Lounge Gift Card has been issued, the card becomes that customers’ property. Gift Cards cannot be used in the purchase of another Gift Card.
Only one discount code can be used per order. Lounge underwear reserves the right to refuse or cancel the use of a discount code without any further discussion.
Promotions may vary across stores.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Lounge underwear owns all intellectual property rights in the website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws worldwide.
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Lounge underwear Ltd's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not: modify or copy the materials, use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial); attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Lounge underwear Ltd's web site; remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server. Lounge Underwear International Women’s Day Competition for Three Winners
Terms & Conditions

By taking part in this competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, then you should not take part in this competition.
1.1. The promoter is Lounge Underwear Ltd of Blythe Gate 1, Blythe Valley Park, Solihull, B90 8AD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2. The competition is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
1.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
1.4. This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram and by participating in this competition you agree to a complete release of Instagram from any claims arising out of or in connection with this competition.
2.1. On 8 March 2023 we will announce the competition via our Instagram account: @loungeunderwear (the “Post”).
2.2. To enter the competition you must (i) like the post, (ii) nominate yourself or someone else and (iii) comment the goal you would like to achieve, between 14:00 (GMT) Wednesday 8 March 2023 (“opening date”) and 14:00 (GMT) Thursday 9 March 2023 (“closing date”).
2.3. Entries that are late, lost, delayed, misdirected, incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for a technical or other reason will not be accepted.
2.5. No purchase necessary to enter to win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
3.1. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over to participate in the competition.
3.2. We reserve the right to ask any winner to provide proof of age.
3.3. Our employees (and their immediate family) and those of our group companies, or anyone directly associated with us or the administration of the competition, are not eligible to enter the competition.

3.6. Entrants must be willing to be filmed for a social media feature of completion of goal/prize.
3.7. In entering the competition, you agree and hereby confirm that: i) your entry is original, has not been copied and/or does not otherwise infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party, and (ii) your entry does not cause, or is unlikely (in our reasonable opinion) to cause distress and/ or offence to any person, group of people and/or the public.
3.8. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win.
4.1. There will be Three (3) winner(s) who will receive Lounge’s help towards fulfilling their goal. Lounge will gift the winner(s) with what they need or require to achieve this, to an equivalent amount of £1000. Prize(s) is/are non-transferable. No substitutions or cash redemptions.
4.2. The winner should allow up to 18 months for fulfilment of their goal.
4.3. The prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. we can contact the winner and can confirm eligibility). The winner must also provide us with their full name and confirmation that they meet eligibility criteria in order to claim the prize.
4.4. The prize is personal to the winner and can’t be gifted, transferred or sold and no cash alternative is offered.
4.5. We reserve the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
5.1. A winner will be selected by a specifically appointed board of Lounge employees.
5.2. Our decision regarding any aspect of the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
5.3. The winner will be notified via direct message to their social media account shortly following the closing date.
5.4. We will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner does not respond to the direct message within 48 hours of being notified by us, then they will forfeit their prize and we may offer the prize to the next eligible entrant.
5.5. We must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation we will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails a request to y.ozcelik@lounge.com within 18 months of the closing date.
5.6. If you have an objection to any or all of your surname and county being published or made available, please email us at y.ozcelik@lounge.com. In such circumstances, we must still provide the information to the relevant authority on request.
Insofar as is permitted by law, we, our affiliates, agents, distributors, representatives and/or employees will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any winner or accept liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking part in this competition and/or taking up the prize except where it is caused by our negligence or the negligence of our affiliates, agents, distributors, representatives and/or that of our employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
8.1. These terms and conditions will be governed by laws of England and Wales.
8.2. We and you each agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
