Here at Lounge, we understand that Christmas is a pretty darn busy time of year.
It may feel as though you have everything together, but in reality, you’ve forgotten Aunt Margaret recently turned vegan (forget that sausage meat stuffing then…) and you’ve missed the returns deadline for those Lounge joggers that didn’t quite fit.
Do. Not. Panic.
Any orders you place from the 1st of November until the 1st of January will have an extended 60 days return policy.
Why? Because, well, it’s Christmas, and we love treating our Lounge Family.
So, for those Black Friday treats and Christmas gift orders, you can be safe in the knowledge that you have 60 days to return your item(s) from the date of dispatch.
As much as we hope you always love your Lounge items, we understand these things happen, so we hope this eases your Christmas stress just a little.
